Non-Refundable Booking Fee Policy

Upon booking an appointment and submitting the deposit fee, you reserve the specific date and time, thereby reducing my availability for other clients. In the event you opt to cancel your appointment, whether with a 24-hour notice or not, the booking fee becomes non-refundable.

Cancellations/No show Policy

We kindly request a minimum of 2 days notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with a 24-hour notice will incur a 50% charge for the service in question. Cancellations made on the same day as the appointment will be charged 100% of the service fee. In the event of a "no-show," the full service fee will be charged. Please note that all outstanding fees must be paid before booking any new appointments.

Punctuality

Kindly note that in the event of your late arrival, the duration of your appointment will be shortened correspondingly, which may affect the quality of your lash coverage. Additionally, we must inform you that if you arrive later than 10 minutes past your scheduled appointment time, we will have to cancel your appointment.

 

To ensure that we provide you with the best possible service, we kindly request that you refrain from the following actions:

- Wearing contact lenses during the appointment, as they may cause irritation.

Bringing additional guests to your appointment.

- Consuming caffeine prior to your appointment, as it may cause eye twitching, which can interfere with the application of extensions.

- Using your phone during the service, as it may cause the tape to shift out of place.

Additionally, please note that a processing fee of $3 will be applied per transaction.
